- Open the Load Plan Editor:
- Go to the Steps tab in the Load Plan Editor.
- Select the Parent Step:
- In the Steps Hierarchy, select the existing Load Plan step under which you want to add a child step.
- Use the Quick Step Tool:
- In the Steps toolbar, click on Add Step.
- Select the Quick Step option corresponding to the type of step you want to add.
- Choose the Desired Step Type:
- The available Quick Step Tool options are:
- Serial Step: Adds a serial step as a child of the selected step. Default values are used and can be modified later.
- Parallel Step: Adds a parallel step as a child of the selected step. Default values are used and can be modified later.
- Run Scenario Step: Adds a Run Scenario step as a child of the selected step. Follow the instructions for Run Scenario steps .
- Case Step: Adds a Case step as a child of the selected step. Follow the instructions for Case steps .
- When Step: Adds a When step as a child of the selected step. Follow the instructions for When steps .
- Else Step: Adds an Else step as a child of the selected step. Follow the instructions for Else steps .
- Modify Default Values (Optional):
- The new step is added with default values. You can modify these values:
- In the Steps Hierarchy table.
- Using the Property Inspector for more detailed configurations.

- Note:
- Only the step types that are valid for the current selection will be enabled in the Quick Step Tool.
